When I wanted to pick up my rental car in Las Vegas, I showed up with a debit card instead of a credit card.This was clearly my fault and legally, Wisecars would not have been obliged to reimburse me with anything.But since the actual rental company Fox Cars confirmed that they will not charge Wisecars for anything, Wisecars agreed to re-imburse me with a 75% voucher, valid for 2 years.The 25% held back were to cover their administrative costs, which I totally accept.In all my communication I would like to mention Joana for an outstanding customer service - quick & useful answers and very friendly.To sum this up: based on this good experience (with Joana) after the issues I myself have caused, I will certainly book again with Wisecars and I can only recommend Wisecars.
