She served as a dispatcher for the City of Norton and has worked at Lowes for the last six years. She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Norris Bolling- Wise, VA; a brother, Jerry Carter- Gate City, VA; a sister, Joy. She will be truly missed by all that knew and loved her.
